Leticia C. DeSuze founded Elite Strategy Partners to give executives and institutions strategic counsel grounded in business performance, leadership, and how people behave inside organizations. Her experience includes Fortune 500 companies, owners of multimillion-dollar businesses, public-sector and association clients, and executive and leadership development. Over more than 15 years, her work has served more than 1,500 leaders.
